Now I know not many people are fans of beef but honestly this Philadelphia Cheesesteaks recipe can never better in both texture and taste. If you don`t like beef than it is hard for me to explain how this Philadelphia Cheesesteaks is actually gonna taste like. But if you ever change your mind, this Philadelphia Cheesesteaks recipe is perfect for any occasion especially for picnics and your otherwise healthy lunch. Honestly this is one of the best healthy lunch ideas out there. This Philadelphia Cheesesteaks recipe is perfect for all types of people even for diabetics. Try and enjoy this lovely recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons soybean oil
  • 1/2 cup diced white onions
  • 6- (1/8″ thick) slices rib eye of beef
  • 1 – 6 inch Italian roll, slit lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup Cheese Whiz
  • Ketchup and pickle relish (optional)
Directions:
  1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a hot skillet and cook the onions until they just begin to brown.
  2. Add the remaining oil to another hot skillet and cook the beef about 45 seconds on each side or until just cooked through.
  3. Put the meat on the roll and top with the onions and Cheese Whiz.
  4. Add ketchup and relish if desired.
