The first thing I did was prime my eyes using Wet n Wild's PhotoFocus Eyeshadow Primer.
For all of my shadows, I used the new Huda Beauty Textured Shadows Palette Rose Gold Edition.
- I used Bae all as my base shade.
- For my transition shade, I used Shy.
- To deepen the crease and smoke out the lower lash line, I used Bossy.
- On the lid, I used Angelic.
To line my eyes, I used Lancome's Grandiose Liner and went over with Black Truffle from the eyeshadow palette.
On my brows, I used glominerals Precise Micro Browliner and Benefit's Make Me Brow. I like the precision of the glominerals pencil and Make Me brow helps shape them and keep things in place.
The foundation I used is Sonia Kashuk's new Soft Focus Satin Matte foundation. I have kept my opinions quiet on this so far. I like to test foundations out for a long time, but I really like this one. It makes your skin look flawless and it stays on well. It also doesn't look heavy.
For concealer, I used Tarte's Shape Tape Concealer. To set everything, I used the Besame vanilla setting powder. This was my first time using this powder and I really liked it. It seemed to brighten my skin and prevented any creasing. It didn't look cakey, either.
To add a little color and to highlight, I used the new Tarte Tarteist Pro Glow Contouring and Highlighting Palette. Okay, this palette is awesome and you need it in your life. The powders blend easily and the highlighting shades gave my skin a beautiful glow. I didn't notice them accentuating any texture, either.
To line my lips, I used Huda Beauty's liner in Trophy Wife and I used her liquid lipstick in Trophy Wife. I got one of the new sets that has two mini liquid lipsticks and a full sized liner. I love the color and so far I like the formula a lot.
Although this is a very simple look, I like how it turned out. So far I really like all of the new products I used, and I especially cannot wait to try out more shades from the Huda Beauty palette.
