I never like to do the same look twice, but every now and then there is a look that I love so much that I keep doing it. I may not use it every single day, but it becomes my go to when I am in a hurry or just feel uninspired. The eyes always stay the same, but I will change up the face products or routine depending on how I feel or how much time I have.
To prime my eyes, I just used a little bit of concealer and set it using setting powder.
For my eyeshadow, I used the Juvia's Place Nubian palette. In the crease, I used a mix of the two center shades on the top row. I blended in a little bit of the second shade on the bottom on the outer crease. On the lid, I applied the gold shade on the second row.
I wanted an extra pop of shimmer, so I used a flat shader brush to apply Stila's Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Shadow in Kitten Karma to the center of the lid.
I used a coat of Wet n Wild's Mega Protein Mascara and applied the Kiss Blooming Lashes in the style Sultry. To finish off the eyes, I used the shimmery shade in the top right of the Nubian palette to my inner corner.
To prime my skin, I used the Glo Minerals Mattifying Primer that they sent me. I combined Wet n Wild's Photo Focus Foundation with Hard Candy's Turn Me Matte Mix In Drops.
To conceal my dark circles, I used Tarte's Shape Tape and set it using Hard Candy's new banana setting powder. To set the rest of my face, I used Hard Candy's color correcting setting powder.
For contouring (which I don't do most days), I used Rimmel's All About The Base single shadow. If you follow me on Instagram, you have already seen my thoughts on this next product. I used Hard Candy's Prismatic Highlighter on my cheekbones and cupid's bow. Despite it being terribly powdery, chalky, and glittery, it actually applied on my face pretty well. To clean up the contour, I used a beauty sponge and the same banana setting powder.
Last but not least are the lips. I used Pur Cosmetics Chrome Glaze in Arm Candy, which I have really been loving.
Please excuse the odd lighting. I rely a lot on natural lighting and the weather was really crappy, which leads me to my hair. There is nothing like the wind blown look, am I right? And fashion magazines make it look sooo chic. Ha.
Anyways, I love this look. I have worn it at least four times in the last two weeks. The eyes are pretty quick and simple, plus you can do whatever you want the rest of the look. By the way, if you don't already have the Nubian Palette by Juvia's Place, you NEED it.
