Lauren’s 30 Day Weight Loss Update – I’m Gonna Have A Mighty Fine Booty!

I have now hit day 30 of my 90 Day Challenge so it’s time for another weight loss update. I have been busting my buns almost every morning with some form of workout and I have been sticking to my diet. It is 30 days in and I am now at a 10.4 pound weight loss!!! Kenin has a chart that tracks our weigh-ins and it seems that my body likes to lose a few pounds then gain a few pounds and this is a vicious cycle. While I have let this demotivate me in the past, somehow seeing it on a chart has helped me understand my body and the way I lose weight. I am using this to focus on breaking through my plateaus and keeping OnTheRoadToFit.

My 30 Days of Progress

Now, many of my friends and family have requested my before and after photos for this 90 Day Challenge. I really don’t see a huge difference in my appearance yet, but the scale and my measurements don’t lie.

Sometimes it’s frustrating being a girl and doing your workouts and weight loss with a guy. Guys lose fat so much faster and their bodies don’t seem to take on the same odd shapes as girls. That being said, I made a commitment to myself and to our readers and here are my before and after pictures.

I might hate looking at these photos of my arse now, but give me another 60 Days to complete my first 90 Day Challenge and I will show you a whole new me.

Weight as of this writing – 174.5

Total loss = 10.4  lbs!
