This is such a beautiful blue and I do not have anything like it. I was looking for Essie's Mezmerised and could never find it. "Jet Set to Paris" looks pretty close. This shade is a sapphire blue. I am a sucker for jewel tones, so I was really drawn to it. The polish itself is a bit on the thick side, but it is easy to work with. It was nearly opaque in one coat, but did need two. Dry time was decent. It was somewhere between 5-10 min. My dog was in the middle of trying to chew up the house payment, so I had stop that. This polish was $4.99 for 0.39 oz. I am happy I found this one vs the Essie shade. It was a few dollars cheaper and I liked the thicker formula.
