I hope everyone is doing well! I am so sorry for the lack of posts over the last couple of months. I have been very busy with school, work, family and taking better care of myself. I have almost no free time these days, and what time I do have is dedicated to working out. I have gotten myself into a habit of walking 3 miles a few times a week and doing more strength based exercises on days I do not walk. I have a bit more down time this week, so maybe I can get some posts up. The good news is that my new fitness routine is paying off and I feel better. Minus this sinus infection...anywho, talk to you soon =)
