I think many people suffer from joint diseases and since they are a very vulnerable part of the human body that offen causes unease and pain here is my advice for you.

Practise Yoga, and try to reduce obesity.
Avoid moisture and spending hours in humid places, do not put wet clothes on your feet but always keep them warm.
be careful not to eat too much salt, cream, white bread, chillies, pasteurized milk, etc.
Eat more alkaline food,and reduce the intake of acid food.
For example, some healthy fruits are grapes, nuts, soy products, beans , gourds, cucumbers, lentils.
Eat barley as well.
Try to drink a glass of grape wine a day because it is beneficial fro our health and longevity.
Spend some time on massages with sesame oil or olive oil with cilantro.
Take precautions if you have a heavy menstrual cycle.
There is a saying: if you do not take care of joints and bones, you will lose them. Yoga brings you the absolute health!
Smoking is extremely harmful to the joints.
Decrease daily dose of coffee, soda,fizzy drinks,sugar, alcohol, meat and fatty foods.
