In Response to Emails

By Anytimeyoga @anytimeyoga

I’ve been getting several of them recently, along two main veins.

First — I cannot help diagnose or treat pain or other medical issues via blog or email. I am not qualified. And even if I were, email is not a sound, safe, or informed way to go about it. (This, by the way, is not the same as, “Can you recommend any yoga videos for runners with tight hips?” or other more casual concerns. I am happy to try this, if it is within my knowledge base — though I may not always have time to respond promptly.)

Second — If you’re from a blogging mill (i.e., a mass production, more-or-less generic blogging site) approaching me about a guest post, please don’t. While I’m certainly happy to hear from regular readers who have guest posting ideas, that’s not really the same thing as guest posting whatever and wherever for the exposure. (And even that, I understand why one might do it. I just don’t feel comfortable with my personal blog being its platform.)

The end.
