I did it again. I dreamt about pretzels. I ate so many pretzels. And I remember thinking, 'Well, I've already broken my Whole 30 so I'll just keep eating them.' It was pretty bad. I felt a lot better today than I did yesterday. So much better! No cravings at all and I had more energy. Maybe it was because all day I knew I had a concert to look forward to!
I was in a huge hurry this morning so instead of eating my banana, I blended it with my coffee and pumpkin and I drank it at work. It tasted really sweet today, even though there was no sugar. I count that as a plus. That held me over for a while. I wasn't hungry on my break but I ate my apple anyways. (I try to get my apple out of the way early. It's the worst when you've brushed your teeth and you're getting ready for bed and you realize you didn't eat your apple.)
For lunch I went home and cooked up some organic hot dogs just like yesterday. I also ate a hand full of pistachios.
On my last break I walked to Starbucks and got an unsweetened green tea.
When I got home from work I had to change and get ready for the LeAnn Rimes concert so I didn’t have time to cook anything. I grabbed a LaraBar and ate it on the drive over to Studio 29 Casino.
