Fitness Friday: Strong Legs Circuit

This week has been all about building strength in my legs. Since my tendinitis issue and having to rest for a few days the Doctor really wanted me to focus on strengthening the muscles around my leg. Thankfully I do a lot of that already, so I pulled out one of my favorite leg circuits.

 

Leg Circuit

 

You get a little bit of everything:

Steps-Ups

Deadlift

Leg Extension

Leg Press

Lunges

Plie Squats

Standing Calf Raise

 

Don’t forget those calves! I usually grab a bar or dumbbells to hold while I am calf raising away. Strong, sexy legs is the goal.

 

Workouts:

Saturday: Cardio and Weights (I did this leg circuit)

Sunday: Cardio and Weights (back)

Monday: Off

Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt

Wednesday: Cardio and Weights (back to this leg circuit)

Thursday: Yoga Sculpt

Friday: Off

Saturday: Cardio and Weights is the plan
