This week has been all about building strength in my legs. Since my tendinitis issue and having to rest for a few days the Doctor really wanted me to focus on strengthening the muscles around my leg. Thankfully I do a lot of that already, so I pulled out one of my favorite leg circuits.
You get a little bit of everything:
Steps-Ups
Deadlift
Leg Extension
Leg Press
Lunges
Plie Squats
Standing Calf Raise
Don’t forget those calves! I usually grab a bar or dumbbells to hold while I am calf raising away. Strong, sexy legs is the goal.
