1 one day until vacation! I am so excited about a week off, seeing a new country, eating some delicious food and enjoying a little Greek wine. But what about workouts? When I head out on vacation I don’t usually bring workout clothes. Shocking I know. But I don’t check a bag and workout clothes can take up a lot of space.
So how do I stay active? Lots of walking. I do always bring good shoes to walk around in and I know we will doing a ton of walking around the area where the villa is and when we are in Athens.
Workouts This Week:
Sunday: Walk with the dogs
Monday: Yoga in Greece DVD
Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Yoga Sculpt
Friday: Heading to the gym after work
Saturday: Will try to get in sculpt and possibly a spin class before heading to the airport
And in other sad news, my beloved Polar Heart Rate Monitor had to be sent off to service. Let’s hope they can fix her since she is still under warranty!
