Fitness Friday- RIPPED

It was a busy week at work and I had a few evening commitments and we are getting ready to have family over this weekend and Christmas eve. So it’s just a bit crazy. My focus this week was to keep fitting in workouts, and I did pretty well!

 

Sunday: Cardio and Weights (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program)

Monday: Off

Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt

Wednesday: RIPPED DVD at home

Thursday: Cardio and Weights (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle)

Friday: Cardio and Weights

 

I tried out a new DVD this week; RIPPED. This was an awesome workout. Think bootcamp with weights, plyometrics, intervals and endurance. I burned 450 calories in just under 50 minutes. Pretty good workout! It’s done by a husband and wife team and they are pretty motivating, a bit cheesy at times but it’s a really fun mix of moves. All you need is dumbbells (I have 3′s, 5′s and 10′s at home) and some space to move around. Tanner and Clifford thought it was pretty darn funny to watch me do this and were chasing me around and barking at me at times.

 

If you are looking for a great at home workout, I highly recommend RIPPED
