Happy Friday! A great week of workouts thanks to my newest playlist. I can not say enough about Spotify. It is worth the $10 a month and it’s pretty much all I listen to at the gym. You can browse playlists of make your own.

Sunday: Cardio and Weights. It was a heavy leg day and I could feel it for a few days after!
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt
Wednesday: PiYo Drench. I wasn’t planning on working out but I got to meet Gunnar Peterson and after that I was inspired to go home and workout!
Thursday: Yoga Sculpt
Friday: Off
Saturday: Planning on trying a new Crossfit gym that just opened up! I am excited.
