Fitness Friday: Finishing Up the Lorna Jane Challenge

After a really good week of workouts and wrapping up the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge every muscle in my body is feeling it. Cardio, squats, burpees. Oh the fun. Add in some dive bomber pushups and yoga squat lifts and the curling I will be doing this afternoon too. Yes curling! We have a team outing for work and I am so excited.

I have really loved trying new moves and recipes from the challenge and going back to a paper planner. Oh how I missed it. There’s just something about writing things done that holds me more accountable.

Sunday: Cardio and weights at home + LJ Fit Challenge

Monday: Bonus cardio and weights session since I was crabby and needed a little stress relief and long walk with the dogs

Tuesday: Cardio and weights, long walk with the dogs

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Yoga sculpt, walk with dogs and a few LJ moves

Friday: Off but going curling this afternoon!

Since I’ve been working so hard I have my one a few cute tanks for Lorna Jane to celebrate. I know I will go back to these workouts and we make quite a few things from the cookbook too. Love it!
