I am on the road today through Sunday for work, staying in the lovely Omaha for a show for work. I left yesterday morning and tried my best to make sure I got enough activity and workouts in. Yesterday was spent setting up the booth and that is the plan for today after my workout this morning. I will do my best with a mediocre hotel gym!
Sunday: Off
Monday: Cardio and Weights
Tuesday: Cardio and Weights
Wednesday: Cardio and Weights
Thursday: Off, but I had almost 20,000 steps from all the booth set-up.
Friday: Heading to the hotel gym as soon as I publish this.
Saturday: I will be on my feet from 6am until 6pm. LONG day.
Knowing how busy the next few days are I have my bag packed with snacks! Individual packets of peanut butter, apples, Quest bars (thanks Quest for sending me a big box!!), a few baggies of Game Plan protein powder and their recovery drink. They had sent me samples and I loved it so much I ordered more.
