After a week off of yoga and traditional gym workouts in Greece it felt so good to back at it. We did a lot of walking in Greece and were pretty much active all day but I love my yoga sculpt and cardio/weights. It’s so much of who I am.

Saturday: Heading to a 7:30 yoga sculpt
I noticed that yoga sculpt was really hard after being off for a week, by Thursday’s class it felt a bit better but wow was I struggling on Tuesday!
Since I am in between programs right now I am kind of winging it with workouts, I pulled one of my favorite arm workouts out of my notebook:
