Fitness Friday: Back At It

I am giving myself a giant pat on the back for all of my workouts this week. It was such a great week in the gym and at yoga. I felt great during Best Body Bootcamp and with no travel this week I got to sculpt twice. There were no excuses, my motivation was there and I even pushed myself with higher weights!

 

Sunday: Off, driving back from Wisconsin

Monday: Cardio and Best Body Bootcamp

Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt & Spin Class led by Dara Torres

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Yoga Sculpt

Friday: Cardio and Best Body Bootcamp

Saturday: Cardio and Best Body Bootcamp

 

With my change in gyms and putting workouts on the calendar I feel like I have my routine down. And I love that! My travel is slowing down a bit and I can get into a schedule. When I can schedule workouts I tend to be much more successful. Note to self: keep the calendar updated!

 

My goal for this weekend is to clean out my workout apparel, I can no longer get the drawer closed and I haven’t purged any old items in more than a year. Someone at Goodwill will enjoy those donations! My rule is I haven’t worn it in 6 months (minus winter/summer apparel that I can only wear during certain temperatures) it goes. Hopefully I can get rid of at least 10 items.
