ELES cosmetics recently sent me some of their products for their latest Berry Crush theme. I try out so many products these days {read overflowing drawers and half-filled ensuite full of boxes + bottles} and I come across many okay and so-so products. I have to say though, when I get ELES products, it's always a super happy day cause I just am a fan!
This time, I got to try out another shade of their awesome ELES Micro Bubble Lipstick {in Blush}, the ELES Powderliner {in Copper} and ELES Mineral Blush {in Mixed Berries}.
The look for the theme this time centers on "bold semi-matte lips, strong youthful brows, soft hazy eyes and a touch of blush"
I was really keen on working the Copper Powderliner with the berry eyeshadow shades. This Copper eyeliner is just stunning; I had to take a close up of it. As with the other Powderliners in the range, this one applied smoothly with no dragging thanks to its really creamy texture. It has just the right amount of shimmer that makes it so edgy but not too over the top.
This Mineral Blush in Mixed Berries is the second ELES blush I have tried to date and I can see why it is so well loved by so many. I was so surprised on my first swatch with just how pigmented this one is especially. Its staying power is also a huge plus point - all through morning and afternoon it stayed on with literally no signs of fading until late evening.
I have raved on before about ELES Micro Bubble lipsticks. This one was no different in terms of its beautiful texture. I just love how lightweight the formula is; I don't feel like I'm wearing any lipstick at all yet this does not mean its opacity or longevity is in any way compromised.
Another winning collection from ELES! You can check out more ELES goodies on their website.
