We’ve had a few weekends of snowy/rainy/icy weather. Which means Scott goes and works for 24+ hours straight. Oh the joys of owning your own company 
So while he was working hard I was busy cleaning, cooking, and drinking this delicious Chilean El Incidente Carmenere. This was a complex and dark purple. It had aromas of forest fruit, black pepper, cinnamon, tobacco. It was such a great snowy weekend I am stuck inside and want to drink a good wine day.
I thoroughly enjoyed every sip of this bottle over 2 days. Scott was bummed that he didn’t get any! Thanks to the Wines of Chile for sending this bottle.
