Do Finding Time to Exercise Seem Difficult?

By Pamelabrowncoaching @coach_pam_brown

Are you finding it hard to find time to exercise and take care of your children, handle your career, and have energy to do all you want to do in a day?

Even though you want to get stronger, lose weight, reduce stress levels, sleep better, or feel better about yourself, finding time to exercise can sometimes become a chore.

Many times, it’s difficult to find the time, energy, and commitment needed to remain active so you can lose weight; other times it takes evaluating your other tasks and duties.  If you want to find time to exercise, ask yourself:

  1. What could you stop doing?
  2. What could you do less of?
  3. What could you do more of?
  4. What could you continue doing?
  5. What could you start doing?

Borrowed from The Coaching Tools Company.  “The 5 Simplest Coaching Questions to Brainstorm Actions and Move Your Clients Forwards!”

If you want to finally reach your fitness, weight loss, and wellness goals, then take time to brainstorm answers to these questions.  What activities can you drop, and which ones can you do more of that will help you reach your fitness goals?

Feel free to leave your responses in the comments area below!!!
