Diabetic Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

This one great recipe of DIABETIC OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES was thought to me by my granny. Now she was diabetic herself therefore most of her recipes were made in thoughts of herself.  But they were great none the less. See the thing with diabetic recipe is it just give an impression that it might be blend or just not enough sugar in the recipe itself or something vital might be missing but that is just garbage. Honestly try this DIABETIC OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES and it`ll give you an idea how tasty diabetic recipes are. This DIABETIC OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES is best enjoyed in my opinion after your healthy lunch ideas or with your tea or coffee. I love it with earl grey, let me know your thoughts on it.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. lite salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. corn oil
  • 2/3 c. salt free peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. Eggbeaters and 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. skim milk
  • 4 tbsp. liquid sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. sugar substitute
Directions:
  1. Sift flour, salt, soda, and baking powder.
  2. Cream next 6 ingredients together add oatmeal, beat.
  3. Add flour mixture, stir until it forms a ball; roll into 1 inch balls.
  4. Place on un-greased cookie sheet.
  5. Press down with glass.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. approx 35 calories per cookie.
