Cucumber Salad
Having cucumber salad as a main dish or as a side dish is quite good for detoxification, it does plenty favours to your body and the person himself also feels quite revitalised. Salads are quite easy to make, just adding and mixing a few diced vegetables and or fruits and you are done. But this is even simply its only cucumber even an amateur can make this cucumber salad recipe. As long as you know the basic principle of using a knife this recipe is than a piece of cake. This cucumber salad is suitable for everyone and all ages except “toddlers”. This cucumber salad is a side dish that can also be enjoyed on its own as well as with any meal (e.g. your healthy lunch meal). Best for vegetarians or vegans.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange the cucumber in a rotating pattern on a large serving plate.
- Combine the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad.
- Sprinkle with the pepper.
