It's time for the final installment of my little Clarisonic Mia project!
I've been using the Clarisonic Mia for a whole month now and, while I really enjoy using it as it makes my skin feel cleaner, I can't say I've seen these much talked about dramatic improvements.
My skin does look clearer this week, but this has taken a long time and doesn't feel like its due to the Clarisonic. Perhaps it is the gadget and I'm too impatient, but from what I read about it I was expecting more. I stopped using this twice a day this week, which is what Clarisonic tell you to do, as I felt that it was stripping my skin. I was worried that this would make it less effective, but I think it's done the opposite!
Strangely enough, as I don't use this anywhere near the delicate eye area, I think the biggest improvement has been the dark circles!
It has also made my skin feel generally smoother. I have upped the moisture factor in my skincare though, so I'm not totally convinced this hasn't played a part.
Overall I'm pleased with it and I think it does help. I especially like that you can really see a difference with the removal of make up - the amount that comes off when using this after already removing your make up is really surprising!
I'm going to continue using the Clarisonic Mia and post updated pictures once a month for you to see if any further progress has been made. I'm hoping there is and I just haven't given it long enough to work its magic!
