Choosing Happiness

The last month has just plain sucked. I’m not sugar coating it and am trying my hardest to move on. But things keep adding up and its making it much harder to stay positive. I am trying to give myself a good kick in the butt and focus on the fact that life is beautiful and messy. So these bad things that are happening right now will pass. My thought for today is to choose happiness. Focus on the delicious breakfast I am eating, that I am starting to feel a little better and may be able to workout tomorrow, and we have dinner with good friends tonight. I am focusing on the good. And repeating this over and over.

 

No Fitness Friday  post because fitness just didn’t happen this week, with a fever and a cold I was mostly laying on the couch. I have focused on healthy eating, lots of tea, water and vitamin C. I think it is helping! Tomorrow may be a better day.

 

I am choosing happiness
