Anywho, Pretty Proper has been available for quite some time now, but I never hear anyone talk about it. Now I kind of see why because it isn't anything too special. It comes with 6 neutral shades that lean on the cool side, with the exception of one shimmery shade.
Butter London's description of their shadows makes them sound like the best ever: "The ultimate color accesory is at your fingertips-primer-infused, oil-absorbing, skin-balancing shadows in a luxe range of irresistible go to hues and textures, all nestled in a chic, customizable clutch featuring a unique, dual ended brush..."
Chantilly Lace is a matte pale pink. This is the shade I use as my all over base and the texture is pretty good. It is smooth and blends evenly. If you are very fair, this will probably be more of a transition shade on you. This color can be hard to build up if you want more color payoff from it.
Cashmere is a matte light tan. I like to use this as a transition or crease shade depending on the look I am going for. It has a nice, buttery texture and it isn't patchy like a lot of matte shadows can be. It does swatch and apply much cooler toned than it appears in the pan. Be careful not to overblend this shade because it will fade a lot.
Suede is a matte light gray that I use to give some definition to the crease. It is a little patchy and chalky compared to Cashmere and Chantilly Lace. This will also a shade you need to be careful with because overblending will cause it to fade away and look even more patchy.
Satin is a gorgeous, shimmery rose gold. It has the best texture out of all the shades. The color payoff does diminish a little bit as you blend it out, but it holds up better than Cashmere and Suede. It looks amazing over a cream shadow base like ColourPop's Weenie or Amaze.
Brocade is a shimmery charcoal. This one performs much like Satin and has the same buttery texture. The pigment is okay, but again, it diminishes a lot once blended out.
Velvet is a dark brown with a satin matte finish. The pigment is decent and it actually doesn't fade very much when blended out. I like using this on the lower lash line and it smokes out quite nicely.

A lot of people seem to like this palette, but it just didn't do anything for me. I have gotten some nice looks out if it, but I prefer my shadows to have a little more punch. I also hate when I have to be careful with blending because the shadows will just go away. Using some kind of a base underneath helps the pigment a lot. The shadows do have a primer built in, but using another underneath is a must in my opinion. As far as staying power goes, the shadows are great. They did not budge at all.
The shadows do create a mess inside the palette. They are a little powdery and little pieces flake off unless you are extremely gentle. This is applies mostly to Chantilly Lace and Cashmere.
The packaging allows for the shadows to be switched out with other shades by Butter London. It is made out of really sturdy packaging and it has a pretty decent mirror that is actually hinged. It would be a great option for travel.
