Brunswick Stew
This lovely and juicy stew makes a perfect diabetic recipe. Not exactly this but a similar recipe was suggested to my granny. But with further research among aunties they have decided that this brunswick stew is one of the best recipes there is for diabetics. It is easy to make as well as it only needs simple ingredients for the balanced and lovely taste. I was kinda sceptical at first not that I am a diabetic but I was gob smacked when I tried it. The name brunswick stew actually put me off, I don`t know why but for some reason it reminded me of those medieval hocus pocus witches potion. But this brunswick stew is nothing like that. Since having tried the recipe for myself I can say that this is just one of the best healthy lunch ideas out there, both for diabetics and non-diabetics.
