Broiled Flank Steak

Since my last trip to Shanghai I have been a big fan of both boiled and broiled made dishes. According to the Chinese chefs boil or broiled stuff is really great for a healthy diet. The thing is they said to me, everything we cook in oil nowadays usually kills both the bad bacteria and good bacteria. The bad bacteria is understandable but the good bacteria which keeps us moving, if we insufficient amount of it than what is the point of just filling yourselves with food. You might as well stuff yourself with I don`t know anything. We need to maintain the life of the good bacteria and have them as much as possible and that can only be had if we boil or broiled our ingredients. Boiling is only for vegetables and broiling is for meat. Now I know I said too much and it might have put you off the dish or anything else but trust its just in the head and try it before you comment or totally disregard broiled stuff. This broiled flank steak is quite healthy and for people who loves maintaining or loosing weight this is just perfect for them. In other words this whole broiled flank steak recipe is perfect for your other wise healthy lunch meal.
