Broccoli Salad

Having broccoli salad as a side dish is quite a step in keeping healthy, it not only does favours to your body but you`ll also mentally feel  revitalised. This Broccoli salad like any other salad is quite easy to make, just adding and mixing a few diced ingredients and you are done with the dish. As spring is almost to an end most people will think about loosing weight before going to beaches and swimming pools. To be totally honest with you this salad if only had on its own for about 2 weeks while substituting your usual healthy lunch meal will make quite a deal on your body. You`ll not only loose weight but feel quite happy after the detoxification. I can think of a million pros of this salad and none of the cons. Even your family doctor will approve of this salad as one of the healthiest dish. Well enough said try it, rate it or post any comments regarding this salad.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Cups Broccoli flowerets
  • 10 strips Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. Sucralose
  • 1 Tbs. Vinegar
Directions
  1. Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins, nuts and onion in large bowl.
  2. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sucralose, and vinegar.
  3. Toss into broccoli mixture.
  4. Refrigerate, covered for 2-3 hours before serving.
