Blackberry Smoothie
A new recipe for blackberry lovers. This refreshing blackberry smoothie, tastes divine and sweet although the color might put you off a bit but this smoothie recipe is a mixture of a great ingredient and is best to have before / after a good workout or on a hot summer day. It is also an amazing substitute for any other drink which you might otherwise have as your healthy lunch drink. This blackberry smoothie is also great to have in your breakfast, another way to boost your metabolism and health. The taste might not be to everyone’s liking but that can changed and sweetened by honey or other non-fat sweeteners.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Pour all ingredients into the blender first.
- Put cover on and blend until smooth.
- Than add ice cubes blend till smooth.
