Skin that lacks water ages more quickly. By restoring the water cycle on all levels, Hydra-Global Serum intensely rehydrates skin deep down. Once optimally saturated, it is better equipped to fight the passing of time. To complement its actions, the formula has also been enriched with anti-free radical active ingredients:MALACHITE extract, which strengthens the skin’s natural defences, is paired with VITAMIN E ACETATE, an active ingredient that shields against oxidative stress. Finally, ADENOSINE yields anti-ageing benefits by boosting collagen* production.
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Blue Agave Yeast extract (a new active ingredient used by Sisley) which promotes the synthesis of hyaluronic acid in the dermis* and replenishes the hydric layer.
- Carob Bean extract, which activates the synthesis and renewal of hyaluronic acid in the epidermis and boosts the skin’s water reserves.
- Japanese Cedar Bud extract, Sisley’s new active ingredient, encourages the formation of the amino acids that make up NMF. An effective means of absorbing moisture, it traps water in the skin’s surface and restores its elasticity.
- Wild Pansy extract, the key active ingredient of the Hydra-Global skincare launched in 2007, acts identically here to stimulate the synthesis of aquaporin-3 and encourage the circulation of water within the skin.
This is a “super-product” that boosts hydration and deeply quenches the thirstiest skin by helping it to restore itself by means of its natural hydration mechanisms. Hydra-Global Serum kick-starts intense and autonomous hydration by reteaching the skin how to take in water, circulate it through the different skin layers and retain it as much as possible.
SCENT & TEXTURE
The Hydra-Global Serum formula is designed to have a fine, lightweight watery texture. It is naturally slightly blue in color due to the malachite extract. The imperceptible formula melds perfectly with the skin.The product is deliciously scented with the signature Hydra-Global accord of fresh and energising sage, lavender and majoram essential oils.
HOW TO USE
As a booster: Hydra-Global Serum can be applied before Hydra-Global skincare to multiply its virtues. By teaching the skin how to rehydrate itself autonomously, the serum prepares it and optimises the performance of other Hydra-Global products.It can also be applied before any Sisley skincare, such as Sisleÿa, All Day All Year or Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream, to suit the skin type and its needs while providing intense hydration.
