Now it may seem like a relatively long wait, but oh well, I guess it’s better to know about it first? I don’t have much information about it for now, so this is what I have – MAC cosmetics will be teaming up with British luxury shoe and accessory brand Charlotte Olympia on an unapologetically nostalgic collection of retro-glam colour, inspired by pin-ups, silver screen sirens and the bygone era of old Hollywood glamour. Coming March 2016.
Charlotte Olympia had this to say: “This is my dream collection! The inspiration for the collection comes from my love of a bygone era that manifests itself in my day-to-day beauty look as well as featuring my design aesthetic. I have always enjoyed the ritual of dressing up and wanted to unleash my inner movie star!”
Till then, I’m praying to the makeup gods that there be super bold and black eye products as well as smexy red lips in this collection. Heh.
