It is that time. The final bell has just rung. Students are talking among themselves.
I raise my hand to start class.
The noise level drops unevenly.
The rest of the room is perfectly quiet as the last student finishes his sentence.
“Why do they call them blow jobs if no one is actually blowing anything? Shouldn’t they call them suck jobs?”
I catch his eye, and my mouth twitches, just for an instant.
