Idea blatantly stolen from Feministing. While my blog is nowhere near as heavily trafficked or as popular, I do think a little reflection can be both fun and instructive. So, the first half of my own 10 most popular posts from 2013:
- #10 — Dear Chip — “Do you even yoga?”
- #9 — All Bodies Are Beautiful? — “Sometimes I think of my body as beautiful; a lot of times I do not. And I am okay with both of those. Moreover, whether or not people perceive me as beautiful does not matter in terms of how I fundamentally expect they should treat me.”
- #8 — Clearance Shopping — “Talking with a friend after visiting a clearance sale, wherein I knowingly purchased a bra a band size too big — just one! — and a cup size too small — just one!”
- #7 — Dear Bra Fitters — “If, at a specialty shop, you attempt to measure my underbust over my clothes, it will put me on instant alert. This is doubly true if, as was the case for me today, I am wearing multiple layers — and the top shirt has ruching.”
- #6 — Boobasana: Twists — “We were in twisting chair. I was hating it.”
Tomorrow: the top five.
