The Wild Park Wardens in Canada were amazed at her escape from an enraged female bear protecting her young which charged straight at her.
She explained, "It was just a lucky thing I had my little Beretta Surefire in my purse. One shot in my husband's knee-cap did it, the bear got him and I walked away!"
