So every year I make my list of new year resolutions and I never ever keep them. I make my goals to hard and then give up. This year I am going to set reasonable goals that I can achieve.Anyway this post is all about yoga. Yoga is something I have wanted to do for ages but I just never actually did it. So with a 'fresh start' around the corner I thought I would take the opportunity. I did some research into yoga and it is so good for loads of aspects of health. Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses of strength, flexibility, and breathing. It's a great way to tone and gain strength. I also found a really good app:

Daily Yoga
It has step by step instructions and loads of different workouts. It also has programme's that you do over a period of time and the app tracks your progress. Yoga is such a good exercise as it requires no equipment so you can do it at home and it's free. It also doesn't require a lot of time so if you have a free 15 minutes you can do a workout.
