Today I am going to share with you this super easy recipe that you can whip up in less than 30 minutes!

and did I forget to say that it's SUPER tasty???

Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Pesto and Garlic Shrimps

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 350 gr. Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup of Italian basil pesto
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 300 gr fresh shrimps , un-shelled
  • ½ cup dry white wine

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the linguine following package instructions.

In a skillet heat up the oil add the shrimps, minced garlic and salt. Stir for a couple of minutes and pour in the white wine and let it evaporate on high heat.

until the shrimps get a nice golden-brown color

Dress the spaghetti with the pest sauce, add the shrimps, stir and serve immediately
