I know those can be really hard to find, so I'll provide most of the ones I know, and I'll try to answer any of your questions in the comment field! Remember that you can always Tweet at publishers and ask them if they have any contact information available for bloggers and reviewers! That's how I managed to get a couple of my contacts.
