Coffee, often known as a beverage item for revitalization of oneself through the form of drinking. In recent years, usage of coffee have been changed from merely a revitalizing beverage to a key beauty item. That's right, the future is now where coffee are 'consumed' through the skin. One of such products would be Coffee Scrubs and Coffee Shower Baths. However, today's review is not about body wash products instead it's coffee masks.
As promised, these 2 mask were from my AltheaTurns2 shopping haul. They are the Hiddencos Latte and Americano mask. What surprised me about these masks is that they even had different types of coffees. Additionally, I like how they are both packaged in this take away coffee cup. This 2 cups of coffee both contains Premium Arabica coffee extract from Colombia. The best coffee you can get. Although they are both made from the same type of coffee extract, they each help your face in different ways.
Thus, we'll start with Hiddencos Latte Mask review first.
Hiddencos Latte Mask
What it claims to do:

Hiddencos Latte Mask Review
The first thing I like to comment is how the masks smells exactly like a latte. It felt like the mask have been thoroughly soaked in a latte. Perfect for this mask. I did find the mask sheet to be a little small on the sides but for those with small, circular face like mine, this would be perfect.
After 20 to 30 minutes of application, my face was significantly whiten. Additionally, I did look younger and my skin felt very moisturized. Because of how cooling the mask was, my face felt warm when exposed to the warm weather in Singapore once again.
Finally, the question that you all have been waiting for, does using a coffee mask wakes you up? Well, yes and no. After the application of the latte mask I did felt more refreshed and awake but not as awake as I would after drinking a cup of Latte.
Altogether, I would give Hiddencos Latte Mask 4 and a half IreviewUread smiles. I like how it did smell like a latte plus it fulfill it's claims of whitening my face. It's mask fit is not perfect but it did help moisturized my skin.
Hiddencos Americano Mask
Next, we move on to the Americano mask. Besides using Premium Arabica coffee extract from Colombia, this mask also contains Green tea extract and Portulaca extra.

What it claims to do:
The thing I find very unique is how this mask's colour blends in with my skin tone. I guess you can say I am a shade Americano. As seen, aside from the tip of the nose, my thin mask sheet fits perfectly. In fact so perfect that if you ignore the folds, it looks like my skin.
Hiddencos Americano Mask Review
Alike the latte, it have this revitalizing coffee fragrance. Like how the Latte and Americano beverages smelled, the Americano mask smelled stronger. I like how both the masks were so similar and true to it's names. The Americano mask did kept me more awake than the Latte one. This make me think this would be such a great morning mask. It is also very cooling on my skin.
I like how my skin not only felt moisturized but my complexion looked rather even thereafter. However, I did find the Americano Mask's serum took a longer time to absorb than the Latte mask did.
In summary, I would give the Hiddencos Americano Mask 4 and a half IreviewUread smiles. I love it's fit and I love how it smells like a cup of creamy coffee. It also did help revitalize my spirits and my facial complexion as well. On the contrary I did not like how it took such a long time to be absorbed into my skin.
Hiddencos Latte Vs Americano Mask, Who win?
All in all, I feel that both of them work great. I like how the Lattee mask did whiten my face whereas I like the stronger scent and better fit of the Americano mask. They both were packaged beautifully and had a strong and flavorful coffee scent to it. However, if I were to choose the mask based on the scent alone, I would prefer the Americano Mask for it's strong coffee scent. Plus, staring at it blending in with my skin tone is such a sight to see. If you're going for the whitening of your complexion, do try out the Latte Mask for it not only works perfectly but smells like a cup of Latte too.
Oh and don't forget that one additional perk to using coffee masks - they do wake you up! Or at least feel more refreshed than any other masks do.
