
Wheat Flour Ladoo Recipe (atta Ladoo)

- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 1.5-2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 10-12 Cashews coarsely grind
- 10-12 pistachios coarsely grind
- 10-12 almonds coarsely grind
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Method:
- Place 1 cup of ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai and allow to it melt.
- Add wheat flour in melted ghee and stir constantly.
- Roast the flour on medium flame until it turns light brown in color and you get a good smell.
- Take out roasted flour in a plate Stir and take it off the heat and allow it to cool.
- Add powdered sugar and mix really well, when flour is slightly hot.
- Add cashews, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder.
- Take a little amount of mixture in your hands and roll giving it a round shape.
- Place the ladoo on a plate and prepare all ladoo Similarly.
- Wheat flour ladoo are ready.
- Store in an airtight container when completely cooled.
- If the mixture appears to be dry and binding ladoo is getting difficult then add some more quantity of ghee (melted) into the mixture and mix well.
