Wheat Flour Ladoo Recipe (atta Ladoo)

Main Ingredient: Wheat Flour, powdered sugar and gheeCuisine: FusionCourse: sweet and mithaiPreparation Time: 20 minutesCooking time: 15 minutesServings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1.5-2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Ghee  
  • 10-12 Cashews coarsely grind
  • 10-12 pistachios coarsely grind
  • 10-12 almonds coarsely grind
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Place 1 cup of ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai  and allow to it melt.
  2. Add wheat flour in melted ghee and stir constantly.
  3. Roast the flour on medium flame until it turns light brown in color and you get a good smell.
  4. Take out roasted flour in a plate Stir and take it off the heat and allow it to cool.
  5. Add powdered sugar and mix really well, when flour is slightly hot.
  6. Add cashews, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder.
  7. Take a little amount of mixture in your hands and roll giving it a round shape.
  8. Place the ladoo on a plate and prepare all ladoo Similarly.
  9. Wheat flour ladoo are ready.
  10. Store in an airtight container when completely cooled.
Note:
  • If the mixture appears to be dry and binding ladoo is getting difficult then add some more quantity of ghee (melted) into the mixture and mix well.
