Yesterday’s post was about Woburn Safari Park and what a great day out it is. Today’s is a little outfit post as a suggestion should you decide to visit.
The key with any outdoorsy day trip is layers. British weather is notoriously temperamental. Here I have chosen a loose fitting black vest, under a baggy loose-knit black jumper – a new purchase from H&M which comes in a range of colours all at £15 – and my gold-trimmed black padded gilet I bought from New Look last autumn.
A pair of dark denim skinnies and some super comfy ankle boots (you’ll see these again and again in my outfit posts), with my black Topshop bag complete the look.
As a contingency I seem to always be packing my sunglasses AND umbrella lately, but we struck gold and the day was gloriously warm and the showers stayed away. RESULT.
