This is Wednesday’s daytime work attire from the Brighton conference. I picked this dress up from Dorothy Perkins, which is so good for purse-friendly workwear. Such a gorgeous lavender shade, this dress, in a size 8, also fits me an absolute treat. The neckline is so flattering, whilst the hemline keeps it just respectable enough for work.
As it is such an unusual shade, I didn’t have any shoes which came even close to a colour match, so instead chose to accessorise with black. This cute little black waist belt with gold detailing is actually one from another dress. I love teaming it with these gorgeous little velveteen pumps I bought from Primark recently.
On the day it was actually a bit chilly and drizzly so I wore the linen blazer I’ve featured in outfits before such as this one and this one. Not exactly completely coordinated, but being that I was living out of a suitcase, it was the best I could do.
