Hello All! N'aw, I've missed my blog a little bit! Had a break from it to concentrate on my Christmas shopping and the festivities (drinking and eating obviously)! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and got lots of beautiful presents! I got absolutely spoilt rotten by everyone, it was overwhelming! I felt like I was opening presents all day.. well, I kind of was! But it was such a lovely two days.
On Christmas Eve I stayed over at my Mum and Dad's (as I do every year because it's tradition) and we all cuddled up together, drank some wine, watched a couple of Christmas films, scoffed some choccie and had a takeaway. Perfect.
On Christmas Day me, my mom and Dad all cosied up around the fire and opened our presents! After a few Baileys, some Russian vodka and a glass or two of Rosé (all of this before 12:30pm), my mum's side of the family came round. We all went to the pub down the road for a drink.. Well, I say a drink but it was more like 5! Then after a couple of hours we all hobbled home and began our little party. After some dancing, some gossiping and opening each other's presents, we all ran to the table to indulge on our massive Christmas dinner,which even my Dad could not finish.
After some more drinking and dancing, I then went over to my boyfriend's house and exchanged presents with all of his family and our friends (he has quite a big family so just imagine how much wrapping paper there was).Finally, me and my boyfriend went upstairs to our little room, sat round our Christmas tree and opened our presents from each other. An hour later, (that's how long it took) after some sentimental crying, some laughter and lots of "oh my god's", we finally got into bed, watched a Christmas film and passed out. That was my Christmas, which was was perfect so I thought I'd share with you all some of my favorite presents I got (I couldn't include them all because there are honestly too many and you'd probably get bored)...
