I mean, climate change . . . sorry, sorry, of course, global climate disruption . . . pheeew, got it right at last, well, until the next name change, of course. Like all these mini-Soviet outfits, the 'Warmers' struggle to match their language to an uneasy combination of ideology and reality. As their ideology is hopelessly wrong and reality keeps kicking them in the shins it is a painful process for them. Still, they can comfort themselves with the knowledge that they provide a constant source of mirth to the rest of us.
This latest name-changer comes from a White House outfit calling itself Organisation for Action which, a few days ago, called for a mass rally to support the president in his efforts to avert global warming . . . climate change . . . global climate disruption. As mass rallies go, er it didn't! No-one, absolutely no one, turned up. I blame the weather!
