1. a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

Many medical experts describe anxiety as a combination of emotions/feelings that manifest in a variety of forms. Anxiety, essentially is a core symptom brought on by a variety of anxiety disorders.

CAMH describes anxiety disordersas “a result of a combination of biological, psychological, and other individual and personal factors that can cause negatively and unexpected affects on his or her ability to work or study, socialize and manage daily tasks”

Now, I know that everyone and anyone has or will experience some form of “anxiety” in their daily life. We all feel worried or nervous at different times. Perhaps it starts as a few beads of sweat and grows into a racing heart before a corporate presentation or during an exam. I also know…
