Weight Loss, Little Changes

By Yougottabegorgeousx @yougottabgorgex

Hey there guys, today it is a weight loss post and I am going to tell you about little changes you can make to gradually lose weight. If you follow these "steps" then you are not going to lose weight dramatically by any means, it will be a gradual process. If you use these tips alongside doing more exercise and healthier eating then you will see results slightly quicker. These tips will help you get gradually toned and you will slowly see results.
Smaller Portions: If you make every meal you have slightly smaller than usual then this is going to make a huge difference. Say instead of having two sandwiches you have one and a half. This is going to cut out around 100+ calories and really you don't need that extra half a sandwich. Then once you get used to that take it down too one sandwich. A good way to trick yourself is to use smaller plates and so the plate looks just as full but you actually have less food.

Healthy Snacks: So for me my down fall is snacking. Can I tell you a secret... I ate about 1000 extra calories today in Doritos, as well as eating all of my meals. So this is a challenge I will definitely be doing with you. I think snacking is very important, especially as you may be cutting down your meal sizes. But these snacks can be healthy, so get things such as cashew nuts or raisins. Nuts and dry fruit are really good for you, great sizes for snacks and taste great.

Walk: Walking is fantastic. That's all I have to say. If you walk to work rather than driving then not only are you going to burn fat but you are going to tone up muscle. Getting extra fresh air is also really good for you and if you are feeling stressed it is such an easy thing to do to clear your mind.

Drink Water: If you are ever feeling hungry then always try and get a glass of water first. Sometimes when you are feeling hungry then it can be just thirst, so if you get hungry one hour before you are having your next meal then get a glass of water and that may fill you up and make you last out until your meal. Drinking water also is great for the skin.

Make Changes In Your Meals: Make small changes such as switching mashed potato for sweet mashed potato. And fried egg for scrambled egg. Small changes like these, that don't make much change to cooking time and taste, can make a very large difference to you're health.
