Week 1: Skintactix Challenge Update

By Beauteandtheblog
Hello everyone!
It's been a week since I started using the Skintactix skin set, and it's time for an update as to how my skin is doing. If you would like to see Week 0 where it all began, check out that post here!
Here's WEEK 0:

And here's WEEK 1:
Week 1: Skintactix Challenge Update
I don't know if you can tell, but there hasn't been too much change, except that this week I experienced a few more breakouts.
Here's some closeups:

Sooo.. so far, I haven't seen any dramatic changes in my skin, and if anything, my skin might have gotten just a bit worse. (It is that time of the month though) Plus, that's pretty common with acne medications -- sometimes it has to get worse before it gets better, so I'll stick it through and keep going.
I'm liking the set so far, but I do have one complaint. While the set does come with a cleanser, and 2 treatments, it lacks a moisturizer. I do find that the cleanser makes me feel slightly tight and dry, and I need a moisturizer afterwards, but it's not included in the kit which makes it difficult. I've been using the Burt's Bees sensitive skin facial moisturizer, which seems to work well underneath the medications.
Stay tuned for next week's update, and let me know if you have any questions!
Love,Belle
