I’ll be honest with you guys. I haven’t played Mirrors Edge, ever. I’ve heard it’s a great game and all but, at the time it was released, all the other games kept me busy from getting my hands on it. Now, I know you guys must be thinking what kind of a gamer I am to miss such a good game. Well, I started to think the same thing after watching this video because it…looks…Awesome!
The video was created by a Parkour production named Ampisound, who call themselves “massive fans of Mirror’s Edge.” And I can definitely vouch for that because they have perfectly adapted the video game to perform it in real life. Of course, I’m speaking from the few trailers and gameplay videos I just saw on YouTube. But, I did see a small mistake in this video, which is that it’s not really girl that goes jumping around in this Parkour video. But, don’t worry, Parkour pro Neil Cointe has dressed up well enough as Faith to demonstrate how it’s done. And I bet if Mirrors Edge were to be made in real-life, it would look exactly like this. I’m not sure if it’s just the camera angle or the cool movements but, watching this video action made me think that it’s me really running around in there. It looks that good.
