The world wouldn’t be complete without some mad daredevil’s who goes beyond imagination to do crazy things. Nik Wallenda is one of those crazy rare guys who has already made few amazing stunts by walking across dangerous places on a tightrope. Just yesterday on June 23rd, he made history setting another amazing record by walking across a gorge near Grand Canyon.
The stunt took place over the Little Colorado River Gorge in northeastern Arizona. Nik has used a 2-inch-thick steel cable to walk to the other side at 1,500 feet high, without any safety nets. According to Fox News, he made it across in about 22 minutes, after a hard battle with the wind and swaying of the rope.
“It was way more windy, and it took every bit of me to stay focused the entire time,” 34-year-old Wallenda said after successfully completing the stunt.
