Vegan Pizza with Vegetables & Houmous
Ingredients:
1 Red Onion
1 Courgette
1 Red Pepper
2 x Flat Bread
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 x tomatoes
1 clove garlic – crushed
1 fresh basil leaf, chopped
50g vegan style cheese
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Preparation:
- Chop all vegetables & coat them in olive oil and basil
- Add to baking tray and heat for 10 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 degrees Celcius
- Coat the flatbread in a decent amount of humous
- Add the roasted vegetables & chilli sauce to taste
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius
- Leave pizza to cool and grate vegan cheese to taste
